On 21 May 2017, the Rector of BCS Venerable Sik Kwang Sheng and Dean of Academic Affairs Venerable Chuan Xiong warmly welcomed a group of 26 guests from Hong En Temple from Guang Xi Province, China. Led by Venerable Sheng Xu, they visited the Buddhist College of Singapore (BCS) and Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery (KMSPKS). Venerable Chuan Xiong introduced the operations of the College and elucidated on the features of the academic curriculum. The Rector then hosted a fine vegetarian lunch for the guests at the Dining Hall. Finally, a commemorative group photo was taken at the Hall of No Form.
